Do I have an anxiety disorder and how much?

Anxiety is a normal human experience. Most people have some anxiety some of the time. It is a general feeling of nervousness, worry, or unease.

While anxiety is often normal, it also can be present in a wide range of psychiatric disorders, including generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and phobias. Although each of these disorders is different, they all feature distress and dysfunction specifically related to anxiety and fear.

Get Tested For General Anxiety

Get tested to see if your anxiety is normal and to see if you could have general anxiety which exceeds normal anxiety.

Source of the test: Primary Care Evaluation of Mental Disorders Patient Health Questionnaire (PRIME-MD-PHQ). The PHQ was developed by Drs. Robert L. Spitzer, Janet B.W. Williams, Kurt Kroenke, and colleagues.
