A fertility monitor is an electronic device that usually consists of a hand-held device  usually with sensors to help you pinpoint ovulation and  your most fertile days in your cycle. Knowing your fertile days helps you take the guesswork out of your fertility by tracking your body’s biology and letting you know if and when you ovulate and when your most fertile days are.
Women who know when they are fertile have a higher chance of getting pregnant during that cycle.
