After watching her growing bump for months all over town we just couldn’t wait for the happy news. It's official - Jennifer Garner has given birth to a baby boy! Sources confirmed that Jen and husband Ben Affleck have welcomed their first son into the world.

This is the third child for the couple whose new bundle of joy will have big sisters Violet, 6, and Seraphina, 3, to look after him on the playground.

According to Jennifer, the couple also decided to let their daughters help choose the baby name. When Jen appeared on Jay Leno in January, she revealed her daughters’ initial name picks – Donald Duck and Peter Pan. Fortunately for their little brother, Violet and Seraphina soon left the Disney phase and began coming up with a wider variety of options. The word is still out on what they have chosen.
